Delivery
As soon as we have received your payment your order will be processed and delivered as soon as possible to the address provided for delivery. It is possible to use multiple addresses for delivery that may differ from the address used for invoicing.
The delivery date depends on wheater the product(s) is/are in stock. All orders are delivered in 1 package and are therefore dependent on the product with the longest delivery time. If you wish the products that are in stock to be delivered sooner than the others, we advise you to divide the order:
In stock - The product will be delivered almost immediately.
Not in Stock - Products could temporarily be out of stock due to unforeseen circumstances. In such an event we will contact you to discuss the matter and find a suitable solution.
Delivery
We cooperate with TNT for delivering your order to the address provided by you. This regular mail/parcel system comes with the advantage of provinding secure, yet low cost delivery. If you are not at home at the time of delivery the delivery person will drop a note in your mailbox. In some areas the delivery person will try again, but you can always drop by the postoffice (as stated on the card) yourself to pick up your package whenever it is convenient for you!
